My Favorite Season

My favorite season is summer. When summer comes, the weather is warm and sunny every day, and the sky is bright blue. School finishes in June, and I have a long vacation with no homework at all.

During the summer, my family goes to the beach almost every week. I love to swim in the sea with my little brother, and we build big sandcastles together. Sometimes we find seashells and small crabs near the water. In the evening, we sit on the sand and eat ice cream while we watch the beautiful sunset over the sea.

I also like winter, but for different reasons. In winter, it is cold, and I can wear my favorite warm sweaters. Sometimes it even snows, and my brother and I make a snowman in the garden. But when I think about the whole year, summer is still my favorite time, because of the sunshine, the beach, and the long, happy days with my family.
