My Grandmother's Garden
My grandmother lives in a small house in a village. Behind the house, there is a big garden. Every Saturday, I go to her house with my parents and my little brother.
In the garden, there are many trees. There is an orange tree, a lemon tree and two olive trees. My grandmother says the olive trees are very old. They are older than her!
There are also many flowers. Some are red, some are yellow and some are white. My favorite flowers are the yellow ones. They smell very nice.
My grandmother grows vegetables too. She has tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. In the summer, we pick the tomatoes together. They are red and sweet. We wash them and eat them at lunch with bread and cheese.
My brother likes the garden because of the cat. The cat is gray and white, and it sleeps under the lemon tree every afternoon.
I love my grandmother's garden. It is quiet and green, and it is my favorite place in the world.
